𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐗𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑 sind in guter Gesellschaft bei Iron Shield Records, denn TEUTONIC SLAUGHTER sind dort ebenfalls vertreten und haben Anfang des Jahres ihr Album Cheap Food veröffentlicht (Review). Nun sind 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐗𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑 an der Reihe euch den Arsch zu versohlen, und zwar am 18 September. 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙏𝙤 𝘿𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝 ist der Albumtitel und die Mission dürfte klar sein: 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐗𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑 wollen euch wegknallen!

Tja… und deswegen gibt es ohne Umschweife direkt in die Fresse! Bei „The Necromancer“ treten 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐗𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑 sofort das Gaspedal bis aufs Bodenblech und knallen los. Damit ist der musikalische Weg klar gezeichnet und vorgegeben. Kein Geschnörkel, sondern gnadenlos voraus. Besonders stark sind die Gitarren, die mit lebendigen Leads und ständig wechselnden Akzenten dafür sorgen, dass der Track keine Sekunde statisch wirkt. Ein Auftakt, der sofort klarstellt: Schnallt euch an!

Hier wird nicht lange gefackelt: 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐗𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑 klingen roh, bissig und ungehobelt. Die ersten beiden Tracks knallen euch mit bestem Old‑School‑Thrash die Schädeldecke frei. Dann kommt „Intergalactic War“ und schaltet clever um: weniger Speed, mehr Groove, ein richtig schön rollender Rhythmus und ein Solo, das einfach Spaß macht. Genau die Art von Abwechslung, die ein Thrash‑Album lebendig hält.

Danach ist aber wieder Schluss mit lustig. Mit Highspeed tritt „Revived Scum“ seine Arschtrittsause an und treibt den Puls schnellstens wieder nach oben. Das düstere „Midnight Mass“ ist dann wieder mehr geeignet, den Kopf rauf und runter zu bewegen. Im flotten Marschtempo geht es voran und hier zeigen 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐗𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑 eine andere Seite, die sie abseits der Vollgas-Arien ebenfalls gut beherrschen.

Gesanglich bewegt sich die Band zwar in einem begrenzten Spektrum, doch genau diese rotzige, dreckige Attitüde passt perfekt zum Sound und verleiht den Songs ihre charakteristische Schärfe. Auch die Spielzeiten sind angenehm kompakt gehalten: Die meisten Tracks liegen knapp über der Drei‑Minuten‑Marke, keiner überschreitet 3:30. Das wirkt nicht wie eine Einschränkung, sondern wie ein bewusstes Statement. TASKFORCE TOXICATOR konzentrieren sich auf das Wesentliche und blasen nichts künstlich auf. Mit einer Gesamtspielzeit von 38 Minuten bleibt das Album straff, fokussiert und genau so lang, wie ein Thrash‑Brett dieser Art sein sollte.

Im Vergleich zum Album Laser Samurai empfinde ich 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙏𝙤 𝘿𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝 noch lebendiger, schärfer und aggressiver. 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐗𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑 achten darauf immer kleine Akzente zu erschaffen, die einem Gewöhnungseffekt entgegentreten. Beispiele dafür habe ich schon genannt und auch „See You In Hell“ kommt mit einem coolen Schüttel-Rüttel-Modus-Part ab Minute 02:15 daher, an dem sich das schreiende Gitarrensolo anschließt. Die zweite Hälfte des Songs ist wirklich crazy!

„Strike ‚Em Down“ wirkt nicht so verrückt, dafür glänzt der harte Brecher mit einem aufpumpenden stampfenden Rhythmus. Ein Rhytmus, wo man mit muss! Die Leadgitarre sorgt in dem finsteren Song für kleine melodische Leuchtfeuer. „Strike ‚Em Down“ reiht sich in die Reihe der Songs ein, die nicht mit Vollgas die Schallmauer durchbrechen, aber trotzdem mitreißen.

Fazit

𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐗𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑 zeigen sich auf 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙏𝙤 𝘿𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝 in Bestform. Sie sprühen vor Energie und dies spürt man in jedem Song. Sie spielen schnörkellosen old school Thrash mit einer rotzig dreckigen Attitüde und einem äußerst lebendigen Gitarrenspiel, das für viel Feuer sorgt, während das Tempo meist gnadenlos hart und schnell vorangetrieben wird.

𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙏𝙤 𝘿𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝 wirkt im Vergleich zu Laser Samurai noch lebendiger, schärfer und aggressiver, ohne dabei in monotone Vollgas‑Raserei abzurutschen. Die Band setzt immer wieder clevere Akzente, die einem Gewöhnungseffekt entgegenwirken. Es gibt kein belangloses Füllmaterial, keine Stimmungskiller, sondern nur pure, ehrliche Thrash‑Energie.

Now it’s 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐗𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑’s turn to kick your ass—specifically on September 18th. 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙏𝙤 𝘿𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝 is the album title, and the mission is clear: 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐗𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑 are here to kick ass!

Well… they waste no time in punching you right in the face! With „The Necromancer“, 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐗𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑 immediately floor the gas pedal and tear into the track. The musical direction is clearly defined from the start: no frills, just a relentless, full-speed-ahead assault. The guitars are a standout feature; with lively leads and constantly shifting accents, they ensure the track never feels static for a single second. It’s an opening salvo that makes one thing immediately clear: buckle up!

They don’t mess around here: 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐗𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑 sound raw, biting, and unpolished. The first two tracks blow your mind with fastest thrash. Then comes „Intergalactic War“, making a clever shift: less speed, more groove, a really solid, rolling rhythm, and a solo that’s just plain fun. It’s exactly the kind of variety that keeps a thrash album alive.

After that, however, things get brutal again. „Revived Scum“ kicks off a high-speed ass-kicking spree, sending the pulse racing once more. The dark „Midnight Mass“, on the other hand, is better suited for headbanging. Moving forward at a brisk, marching pace, 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐗𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑 reveal a different side of themselves here—one they master just as well as their full-throttle anthems.

While the vocals operate within a limited range, that very same brash, gritty attitude suits the sound perfectly and gives the songs their signature edge. The track lengths are also kept pleasantly compact: most hover just above the three-minute mark, and none exceed 3:30. This feels less like a limitation and more like a deliberate statement; 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐗𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑 focus on the essentials rather than artificially padding things out. With a total runtime of 38 minutes, the album remains tight, focused, and exactly the length a thrash powerhouse of this kind should be.

Compared to the album Laser Samurai, I find 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙏𝙤 𝘿𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝 to be even more dynamic, sharper, and more aggressive. 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐗𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑 make sure to incorporate little touches that prevent the sound from becoming repetitive. I’ve already mentioned examples of this, and „See You In Hell“ also features a cool, high-energy, head-shaking section starting at the 2:15 mark, followed immediately by a screaming guitar solo. The second half of the song is truly crazy stuff!

„Strike ‚Em Down“ doesn’t come across as quite so manic; instead, this hard-hitting powerhouse shines with a driving, stomping rhythm—the kind that compels you to move along. The lead guitar provides brief melodic beacons within the dark track. „Strike ‚Em Down“ joins the ranks of those songs that, while not breaking any speed records, still manage to be absolutely captivating.

Conclusion

𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐗𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑 are in top form on 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙏𝙤 𝘿𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝. They are bursting with energy. You can feel it in every song. They play no-frills, old-school thrash with a gritty, raw attitude and highly dynamic guitar work that stokes the fire, all while driving the tempo forward with relentless speed and intensity.

Compared to Laser Samurai, 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙏𝙤 𝘿𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝 feels even more vibrant, razor-sharp, and aggressive, without ever devolving into a monotonous, full-throttle frenzy. The band consistently incorporates clever touches that prevent the sound from becoming stale. There is no trivial filler or mood killer on 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙏𝙤 𝘿𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝! Just pure, honest thrash energy.
