𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐘𝐍 & 𝐍𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧 + 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 „𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙡𝙚𝙧𝙨“

Das Label Noble Demon vergrößert seinen Kader mit der finnischen Band 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐘𝐍. Die Melodic-Death-Metal Band wird am 10. Juli ihr Album 𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙤 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙤𝙨 veröffentlichen. CEO Patrick Walch ist ein großer Fan der skandinavischen Muskikszene. Viele Bands bei Noble Demon stammen aus diesen Ländern. Ich finde, dass er auch bei 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐘𝐍 ein gutes Händchen bewiesen hat und sie perfekt in das Roster von Noble Demon passen.

Der Sound von 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐘𝐍 ist sicherlich speziell und nichts für old school Death-Metal-Puristen, denn 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐘𝐍 machen ausgiebig Gebrauch von symphonischen Elementen und intensivieren damit ihren melodischen Sound in seinen epischen Dimensionen. Aber wir reden hier immer noch von Death Metal, der verdammt hart zuschlägt.

Schon das Debüt Dehumanized aus dem Jahr 2023 ist wirklich gut gelungen und offenbart die herausragende Qualität und das starke Potential der Band. Die Mischung des Sound spricht mich an und reißt mich mit. Dies hat vor allem mit der fulminanten Dynamik und der durchschlagenden Power zu tun. In den atmosphärisch dichten Songs sind nicht nur die Keys gut arrangiert. Ich bin auch von den Gitarrensolos begeistert. Und die Vocals behalten stets eine finstere Aggression, geboren aus nordischer Kälte.

Mit der neuen Single „The Crawlers“ zeigen 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐘𝐍, dass sie ihren Weg konsequent weiter verfolgen und sich in ihren Stärken durchaus bewusst sind. Diese setzen sie gekonnt ein und haben wieder monumentalen Song erschaffen, in dem die Band die einzelnen Komponenten noch stringenter als bisher einsetzen und so eine atmosphärisch vielschichtige Struktur aufbauen. Dabei entfesseln sie neben den wunderbar melodischen Einlagen eine explosive Energie und ein feuriges Gitarrensolo fetzt hier auch noch durch den Song.

Vor zwei Monaten haben 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐘𝐍 bereits die Single „Blind Prophet“ veröffentlicht. Der Einstieg in den Song wird von prägnanten Keys charakterisiert, wechselt dann aber in den brutalen Angriffsmodus und entfacht einen Drive, der es in sich hat und kaum Luft zum atmen lässt. Das fetzige Gitarrensolo mit dem anschließenden flinken Keybord-Solo kann ebenfalls begeistern.

Also ich bin überzeugt von der Band, so dass ich mich sehr auf den 10. Juli freue, wenn das neue Album 𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙤 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙤𝙨 veröffentlicht wird.

Noble Demon is expanding its roster with the Finnish band 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐘𝐍. The melodic death metal outfit will release their new album 𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙤 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙤𝙨 on July 10. CEO Patrick Walch has long been a fan of the Scandinavian music scene, and a good number of the label’s bands come from those countries. In my view, signing 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐘𝐍 shows once more that he has a good instinct for talent. They fit perfectly into the Noble Demon roster.

𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐘𝐍’s sound is certainly distinctive and not exactly aimed at old‑school death metal purists. The band makes extensive use of symphonic elements, pushing their melodic approach into genuinely epic territory. Still, at the core, this is very much death metal. And it hits hard!

Their 2023 debut Dehumanized was already a strong release, revealing both the band’s remarkable quality and their considerable potential. The blend of sounds immediately grabbed me and hasn’t let go since. A big part of that comes from the sheer dynamic and the punch the songs deliver. The tracks are atmospherically dense, with well‑placed keyboard arrangements, and the great guitar solos stand out. The vocals maintain a dark, aggressive edge with the cold spirit of the North.

With their new single “The Crawlers”, 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐘𝐍 show that they’re continuing down their chosen path with confidence and a clear sense of their strengths. They use those strengths to full effect here, crafting another monumental track in which the individual components are woven together even more tightly than before. The result is a multilayered, atmospheric structure that opens up as the song progresses. Alongside the wonderfully melodic passages, the band unleashes a burst of explosive energy, and a fiery guitar solo cuts through the track, giving it an extra spark.

Two months ago, 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐘𝐍 already released the single “Blind Prophet“. The track opens with striking keyboard lines before the band flips the switch and dives straight into full attack mode, building a brutal drive that hits hard and barely leaves room to breathe. The snappy guitar solo, followed by an burning keyboard solo, is another highlight to the song.

I’m fully convinced by 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐘𝐍, and I’m genuinely looking forward to July 10, when their new album 𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙤 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙤𝙨 will finally be released.
