𝐃𝐄𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 haben heute ihre Doppel EP 𝘿𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙩. 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙚 und 𝘿𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙚 veröffentlicht und melden sich damit aus einer längeren Pause zurück. Eine Doppel EP ist es deshalb geworden, weil man die Songs einmal mit und einmal ohne Gastsänger aufgenommen hat. Ich werde hier auf jeden Song eingehen, denn jeder Song hat eine andere Ausstrahlung.

Es beginnt furios mit dem Song „Lost Vanguard“. Schwere Riffs und orchestrale Bläser leiten das Geschehen ein. Der Song klingt in den Strophen sehr heavy, wird aber im Chorus versöhnlicher. Noch krasser klingt das Ganze mit Gastsänger Dantell von der polnischen Metalcore-Band SUBCORTEX. So bekommt der Song natürlich noch eine extra Portion Aggressivität verpasst. Ein richtiges Brett!

Wie unterschiedlich die Songs klingen, merkt man sofort beim zweiten Song „Who Are You With Now“, der im Gegensatz zum Opener erheblich beschwingter und rockiger daherkommt. Hier sind die Versionen nicht so stark different, aber Gastsänger Peter Hirsch von der Band SIRIUS CURSE hat tatsächlich noch einen anderen Flair. Peter Hirsch ist nämlich ein echt guter Sänger, der viel Emotionen geschmeidig, aber auch mit starker rockiger Power eindrucksvoll agieren kann. Ein wilder Song!

Nach zwei knackigen Songs zeigen 𝐃𝐄𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 ihre softere Seite mit der Power-Ballade „Starlight“. Ungewöhnlich, aber interessant, finde ich die starken Basslinien im Song. Ich finde gut, dass sich der Song im Verlauf steigert und an Größe gewinnt. Die beiden Gäste Mariska Blaas & Peter Berends geben dem Song noch mal eine andere emotionale Ebene mit ihrer gefühlvollen Darbietung.

Der Song „For My Soul“ startet ganz zart und gefühlvoll, doch auch hier erfährt der Song eine intensive Steigerung, eskaliert in epische Höhen mit einer massiven Ausstrahlung. Diese wird durch die schweren Riffs, das wuchtige Drumming und einem starken Bass erzeugt. Ein gut gelungenes Gitarrensolo rundet diesen mächtigen Song ab. Hier konnte als Gastsängerin Tanja Hansen gewonnen werden, die diesen Song mit ihrer sanften Stimme veredelt und ihm eine hochgefühlvolle Ader verleiht. Sie ist Sängerin bei der Band PARHELYON, die jüngst mit ihrem Debüt veröffentlicht für Aufsehen gesorgt haben.

Den sehr schönen und krafvollen Abschluss stellt „Far Away“ dar. Eine energische Power Metal Nummer mit schönen symphonischen Einlagen und tollen Melodien. So ist ein sehr unterhaltsamer Song entstanden, der völlig überzeugen kann. Der brasilianische Sänger Gabriel Carvalho harmoniert perfekt und macht mit einer eindrucksvollen Leistung „Far Away“ zu einem würdigen Abschluss der EP.

Fazit

𝐃𝐄𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 haben mit 𝘿𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙩. 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙚 eine wirklich schöne EP erschaffen, auf der jeder Song eine kleine Perle für sich ist, denn sie unterscheiden sich deutlich voneinander und zeigen damit die Vielseitigkeit der Band. Sie können sowohl mit einer knackigen Härte spielen, als auch mit emotionalen Momenten überzeugen. Die Produktion empfinde ich durchaus als gelungen. Ich würde mich also auf weitere Veröffentlichungen von 𝐃𝐄𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 sehr freuen.

Ich verfolge 𝐃𝐄𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 schon längere Zeit und ich weiß unter welche schwierigen Bedingungen sie ihrem Traum – Musik zu gestalten – nachgehen. Angesichts dessen, ihrer immensen Motivation und der ungebrochenen Leidenschaft für die Musik, würde ich sofort 10 Punkte vergeben. Ich verbleibe aber im Kontext zu anderen Releases bei starken 8 Punkten für die sehr gelungene EP 𝘿𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙩. 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙚.

𝐃𝐄𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 released their double EP 𝘿𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙩. 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙚 und 𝘿𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙚 today, marking their return after a long hiatus. It’s a double EP because the songs were recorded once with and once without guest singers. I’m going to talk about each song here, because each one has a different vibe.

It starts off furiously with the song “Lost Vanguard.” Heavy riffs and orchestral brass instruments set the tone. The song sounds very heavy in the verses, but becomes more conciliatory in the chorus. The whole thing sounds even more extreme with guest singer Dantell from the Polish metalcore band SUBCORTEX. This naturally gives the song an extra dose of aggression. A real blast!

You immediately notice how different the songs sound when you hear the second song, “Who Are You With Now,” which, in contrast to the opener, has considerably more swing and rock vibes. And cowbells are also featured. The versions here are not so different, but guest singer Peter Hirsch from the band SIRIUS CURSE actually has a different flair. Peter Hirsch is a great singer who can convey a lot of emotion, but also impressively with strong rock power. A wild song!

After two powerful songs, DEMUNILLUSIONS show their softer side with the power ballad “Starlight.” I find the strong bass lines in the ballad interesting. I like how the song builds up and gains momentum as it progresses. The two guests, Mariska Blaas & Peter Berends, add another emotional layer to the song with their soulful performance.

The song „For My Soul“ starts off very tenderly and soulfully, but here too, the song undergoes an intense crescendo, escalating to epic heights with a massive charisma. This is created by the heavy riffs, the powerful drumming, and a strong bass. A well-executed guitar solo rounds off this powerful song. Tanja Hansen was recruited as a guest singer, who refines this song with her gentle voice and gives it a highly emotional vein. She is the singer of the band PARHELYON, who recently caused a stir with their debut release.

“Far Away” is a beautiful and powerful finale. It’s an energetic power metal track with beautiful symphonic interludes and great melodies. The result is a very entertaining song that is completely convincing. Brazilian singer Gabriel Carvalho harmonizes perfectly and, with an impressive performance, makes „Far Away“ a worthy conclusion to the EP.

Conclusion

𝐃𝐄𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 have created a truly beautiful EP with 𝘿𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙩. 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙚, on which each song is a little gem in its own right, as they are all very different from each other and thus showcase the band’s versatility. They can play with a crisp hardness, but also impress with emotional moments. I think the production is good. So I would be very happy to see more releases from 𝐃𝐄𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 in the future.

I have been following 𝐃𝐄𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 for quite some time now, and I know the difficult conditions under which they pursue their dream of making music. Given this, their immense motivation, and their unwavering passion for music, I would immediately award them 10 points. However, in the context of other releases, I’m sticking with a strong 8 points for the successful EP 𝘿𝙖𝙣 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙩. 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙚.
